2015 Asia Culture Festival - Public Recruit Notice for Booth Team – On October 2015, a Culture Festival for exchange and communication of Asians will be held at [Gocheok Dome], the first dome stadium in Korea, which will aim for friendship of Asians and create social and cultural synergy effect in connection with culture contents! [Outline of the Event]
1) Event Title : 2015 Asia Culture Festival 2) Date and Time : October 30th (Fri.) ~ November 1st (Sun.) 2015 , 11:00 ~ 21:00 (※Planned and there is potential for change is the time.) 3) Location : Gocheok Dome at Guro-gu 4) Main Programs : Opening Ceremony • Dream Concert • Closing Ceremony • Performances of Asia • Asia Market & Taste and so on. 5) Hosted by : Guro-gu of Seoul / Guro Culture Foundation 6) Supported by : Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism / Korea Tourism Organization
[Outline of the recruit for Booth Team] 1) The Participation Qualification : Whoever can share Asia contents (Local & Foreigners) 2) Part of Recruit : - Asia Traditional Food Experience ProgramㆍSelling - Asia Institutions and Customs Experience ProgramㆍSelling - Asia Traditional CultureㆍActivities Experience Program 3) Offer option : 5x5 Booth, 2 Tables, 4 Chairs, Electricity 2Kw (※ Fund-raising of more than 300,000 won for donation sales booth Complex - Will be donated to Asia Support Organization in Korea) 5) Date and Time : October 31st (Sat.) ~ November 1st (Sun.) 2015 , 11:00 ~ 18:00 (※Planned and there is potential for change is the time.
